We are proud to offer you a wonderful opportunity to sponsor our 3rd Annual Georgia High Schools – State Dance Championship to be held on Sunday, November 16, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. at Clayton State University. Our mission is to provide a competitive and exciting platform to exhibit talent, camaraderie, and competition between various Georgia high school dance programs. State Dance Championship (SDC) focuses on the highest standards of dance competition in the state of Georgia.
SDC was founded in 2011 exclusively for Georgia High Schools Dance programs. SDC is a voluntary organization opened to all Georgia High Schools, public and private schools and strives to promote good sportsmanship and the utmost spirit amongst its member schools. SDC is not affiliated with any schools and receives no funding to assist in our competition. Therefore, to assist in offsetting the extremely high costs of providing an arena for our statewide dance competition which may include venue rentals, advertising, lighting, trophies, brochures, t-shirts, website, recruiting, travel, and competition fees, SDC seeks support in the form of corporate, businesses, individual sponsorships and fund-raisers.
Your sponsorship would be most invaluable and will greatly assist us in making this year's competition a huge success! As a sponsor your company will receive benefits ranging from company branding on all event advertisements, including the website, t-shirts, flyers, programs, etc. and an opportunity to set up a table or booth at our competition. All corporate sponsors are also recognized during our competition as well. Other benefits to your company, based on your desired donation level, have been outlined in the attached sponsorship application. In addition to our focus on dance ability our goal is to award each division a State title winner and bring exposure to their dance program. Donating at the Platinum Sponsor Level will allow your company the opportunity to be selected as the branded named for the one of the division title awards. (i.e. Solo Division 1st Place Winner - [Your Company Name] Award). Our largest sponsors will be selected for this prestigious branding opportunity. This impact in our schools and communities we know could greatly brand your company's name.
